Caravaggio;  Anthony ~ Peacefully at PRHC on  June 17, 2019 at the age of 92. Best known as Tony the (candy man) at the YMCA since 1954. Dad had wonderful friends from the YMCA who were by his side always.  Loving father of Janet Holland (Bob) and Debbie Skitch (Bill).  Loving grandfather of Darren Chambo, Nicholas and Behn Holland, Steve and Kasey Skitch.  Dear brother of Eric, Albert (Lana), Alex (Maryann) and the late Rocco, Jim, Rudy, and Mary.  Predeceased by his parents Domenico and Isabella Caravaggio and his partner Betty McLaren.  Tony will be remembered by Muriel Post, Darlene Plunkett and many nieces and nephews.  The family wishes to express their appreciation for the wonderful care their dad received at the PRHC Palliative Care Unit.

Service Information

A Celebration of Life will be held at the Lions Community Centre, 347 Burnham St., Peterborough on Thursday, June 27th from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. In memory of Tony, donations to the Peterborough YMCA would be appreciated by the family. I was saddened to hear that Uncle Tony passed. Although it was many years since I last saw him, I did think of him often. He was one of may favorite Uncles. Had many great child-hood memories. Sorry for your loss Janet, Debbie and family.
