FLARO; Harold Edward Jr. “Hal” ~ It is with great sadness the Flaro family announces the passing of Hal on March 22, 2016 at the Northumberland Hills Hospital, Cobourg. Condolances, thoughts and prayers to the entire family, at this time of loss. I pray for God's strength to get you through this very difficult process.
Hal was a great guy, with a big heart. I don't know anyone that didn't like Hal. He was caring and concerned about everyone and would offer a hand when ever he could. His smile and he's smiling eyes could light up a room. He had great empathy, and an energetic laugh that was contagious. He will be greatly missed by all. My condolences to all his family, and to all who knew him.
