In keeping with Marie’s wishes, cremation has taken place and family will attend a celebration of life at Trent Valley Cemetery where she will join her beloved husband. If desired, memorial donations may be made to SickKids Foundation. Thank you to the incredibly loving, caring nursing and support staff of Centennial Place LTC Home. May we remember the quote she left us in her journal: “just to be part of this glorious creation; to have this day, to see the sun; and walk the earth so ripe in beauty; that is joy, and all we really own…” Auf Wiedersehen Mom/Nanny/Marie.

Lisa, Brooklynne, Mallory & Waldinsperger family, Sincere and heartfelt condolences from our family to yours. Mary was an exceptional and gifted woman – she did everything with great pleasure and pride - from the best kuchen cake I have ever eaten to the weekly staple of ham on rye, from the hand knitted sweaters to the many sewing projects – all fond memories of time spent at the Maple Grove house. Rest in peace dear Mary. Love and warm hugs, Kerry, Kenzie and the Johnston family

Lisa, Our sincerest condolences to you and your lovely girls, Brooklynne and Mallory, and all of the Waldinsperger family. Marie's journal entry was the most beautiful quote we have ever read (I well up with tears thinking of it. S.) Your Mom will be missed so much but thought of with smiles, and pride, constantly. Love, Sherry and Terry

My sincere sympathy for your loss. I met Marie while working part time at Centennial Place doing Marie's hair. Marie was a lovely person and I enjoy her company very much. RIP Marie

I'm sorry for all of your loss as I know how important this woman was for all of you Waldinsperger Girls (Lisa, Brooklynne & Mallory) in Lindsay. Sending all of you my heartfelt condolences. I only got to meet Mary a few times but she was very nice to me and made me laugh whenever I did see her. When I first met her I knew how important she was to Lisa so I was trying to impress her mom. I let Mary know I was a Kitchener boy coming to the table from 50% German stock and that I had also previously worked for Schneiders, a good German company in my past. After that meeting, she told Karin (Lisa’s sister) and others that her daughter Lisa was now dating one of the JM Schneider heirs. Always makes me laugh when I think of that story and her sense of humour. Love and warm hugs in this time of sorrow, Mark
