MARTIN, Thelma Aneita (née Watson)

Passed away in Peterborough, Ontario on April 21, 2024 at the age of 86.  As a matriarch to her family, she was always someone who brought people together from Jamaica to Canada, the United States and more. Predeceased by the late Canute Martin. Survived by her sister Bernice Watson. Beloved mother to Althea Palmer (Clive), grandmother to grandsons Casey (Sarah), Adrian (Denise) and Brian (Milana), great-grandmother to five great-grandchildren, and aunt to several nieces and nephews. Thelma will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by her family and friends. A Funeral Service will be held at the HIGHLAND PARK FUNERALCENTRE, 2510 Bensfort Rd., Peterborough on Friday May 3, 2024 at 11:00 A.M. Interment Highland Park Cemetery.
