In 2021, Opus Tribute Group (formerly Little Lake Cemetery Company) purchased Mill Valley Funeral & Cremation Centre from Fallis-Shields Funeral Home. Little Lake Cemetery Company is a not-for-profit, privately owned provider with non-commissioned staff for all bereavement services and is based out of Peterborough.

Mill Valley Funeral & Cremation Centre features a historic family home with beautiful gardens and large facility for all types of gatherings. Mill Valley Funeral & Cremation Centre honours the Heritage of Millbrook’s Community. The "homey" atmosphere puts our families at ease and has been described as "relaxing" during a very difficult time.

Opus Tribute Group owns and operates a crematorium which allow our staff to facilitate all of your cremation arrangements, including Ceremonial Cremations.

Little Lake Cemetery and Highland Park Cemetery (completed in 1964) have provided full burial services to the community of Peterborough and its outlying region for over one hundred and fifty years. Our Cemetery staff are here to assist you in any monument design and memorialization you would like at any of the various cemeteries in the area.
