Lovingly remembered by siblings Dianne Balfour of Oshawa, Laurna Stacey (Tom) of Roseneath and Roger Burley (Carol) of Baltimore, and by his 6 nieces, nephews and 8 great nieces and nephews, as well as many relatives and friends. Rick loved music of all kinds and was given the title of Hospital DJ entertaining the patients, nurses and the custodians by playing his CD’s for them. He enjoyed following the horse races and he had an exceptional memory for names and numbers. Despite his health challenges Rick was always telling jokes or pulling pranks and laughing. He will be remembered as kind, caring and thoughtful to many.
