JARDIN;  Thomas Charles ~ Peacefully at his home in Oshawa on Thursday, September 17, 2020 at the age of 66.  Tom Jardin was the beloved husband and best friend of Patricia Jardin (nee Somerville).  Loved father of Emily Jardin (Jim Doxtdator) and the late Michael.  Dear brother of Joe, Marylou Stoll and Patricia Nelson.  Tom will be dearly missed by many other relatives and friends.  Tom was always known for his humour and kind, genuine nature.  Grill master at all family events, his thoughts about the Leafs, Jays, politics and the music scene were enthusiastically shared.  He worked for more than 30 years at the Toronto District School Board as a Media Specialist and independently recorded music for such bands as Fathead and Jeff Healey.  He was particularly proud of his live recording for the album “it’s tight like that” by Jeff Healey and The Jazz Wizards.  For over 40 years his Thursday evening recreational hockey game with the “Big Kahunas” was top priority.  Big #6 will be sorely missed but not forgotten.
