It is with great sadness that the family of Malcolm Fraser McKenzie announces his passing at home on Monday, September 8th, 2025 at the age of 83. Malcolm is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Sheridan, and his brothers Ian (Gail) and Donald (Michel). Loving father to Michelle (Vince), Collin (Lori), and David (Linda). Cherished Grandfather to Martine (Ben), Olivia, Katerina, Sara, Megan, Kyle, Amanda, Lucy (Logan), Sally, and Ruby. Malcolm was an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting and fishing. He also loved to host family and friends for gatherings at the farm. Trained as a fish and wildlife biologist, he worked as a District Manager with the Ministry of Natural Resources (retired). A proud Freemason, Malcolm was a member of Orono Masonic Lodge AF & AM #325, he served as Worshipful Master 2009 through 2011. He was also previously a member of Heritage Lodge #730 and Wilson Lodge #113 where he served as Worshipful Master in 1995. A Masonic Service followed by a Memorial Service will be held at the HIGHLAND PARK FUNERAL CENTRE, 2510 Bensfort Rd. Peterborough on Thursday, September 18th, 2025 at 1:00 P.M. Reception to follow.
