So sorry ! I worked with Robert on the series Kay O'Bryan for a full season. He was a team player, a professional technician, and a mentor to all. Robert helped make the working days fly by and I never heard a negative thought from him. He loved to sing to himself so and we would tease him about entertaining us after hours. He was a private individual but always a friend to all. We coined him "the singing grip.. appearing nightly.. one day only". He never did sing to us but he was a charmer. Rest in Peace - our brother.
Robert was nothing but a gentleman. Always smiling, ALWAYS singing, moving to his own beat. His positivity and charm will be truly missed by all of us. My condolences go out to his family and close friends. Thank you for always being so kind to me. RIP brother!!! ❤️❤️❤️

My thoughts are with the family at this most difficult time. I am saddened to learn of Roberts passing. He was one of our most professional technicians. He was always helpful, generous and very good at his job! He loved to sing and whistle while at work; only at the appropriate times. He always brought an air of positivity to the floor. He was a great teacher. I saw how he mentored others. He will be greatly missed. RIP Brother Rice.
I can't tell you how sorry I was to hear of Robert's passing. He was a great guy and he lived a remarkable life. We had some wonderful times together. Robert and I collaborated on some of the most difficult projects I've ever been involved with, and Robert was invariably kind, and calm, and organized. He will be missed by everyone that knew him.
